The largest private development in the history of Wagga, the project will see a multi story office, car parking, apartment and unit living with recreation area, light retail, medical and postal facilities centrally located in Morgan Street, within 500 metres of the Wagga Base Hospital.

Working with local developer Damasa Pty Ltd in conjunction with Morrison Design Partnership Rivland is providing topographical detail contour survey of the site, using 12d Model & AutoCAD software to overlay existing buildings, vegetation and services.

Construction is scheduled to commence in 2024
