As part of the $ 323.7 million Echuca-Moama bridge project, stage four was carried out in partnership with Transport for NSW and Major Road Projects Victoria. Excel Gray Bruni were awarded the contract and engaged Rivland Surveyors to deliver the survey.

Works included new traffic lights at the intersection of Cobb Highway/Perricoota Road/Francis Street and a new intersection at Cobb Highway/Meninya Street.

Rivland provided initial control networks for road construction, set out in accordance with the plans ensuring compliance with design documents, quantity measurements and calculations for monthly payments of scheduled items, conformance & verification of all pavement layers, transverse minor design and model rectification & final As-Builts.
